Best known in the Doctor Who universe for her roles as Jac in the 12th Doctor Era’s “The Magician’s Apprentice” and “The Zygon Invasion” and Lady Audacity Montague, companion to the 8th Doctor, in several Big Finish audios, Jaye Griffiths has also starred in several major UK television shows with roles like Ros Henderson in Bugs, D.I. Sally Johnson in The Bill, Elizabeth Croft in the BBC soap opera Doctors, Janet Mander in Silent Witness, Elle Gardner in Casualty and its spin-off series Holby City, Yavalla in The Outpost, and DI Karen Flitcroft in Death in Paradise.
Jaye has also starred in theatre productions of William Shakespeare's Macbeth, where she played the role of Lady Macbeth.
She has played other various roles in Big Finish audio adventures and continues to portray Lady Audacity Montague, whose next appearance will be in the upcoming title Doctor Who: The Eighth Doctor Adventures: Deadly Strangers set to be released in December 2024.
